1 General Terms

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

We support the following methods for depositing funds at wy2: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits are generally reflected in the account instantly.
• You may only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• If irregular activity is detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
• wy2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification for large withdrawal amounts.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at wy2 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 15x (bonus amount plus deposit amount).
• Withdrawals from the bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirement is completed.
• The welcome bonus applies once per member only.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games at wy2 — see the promotions page for details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• wy2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus without giving a reason.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected in earning a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days unless otherwise specifically stated.

6 Gaming Rules

All games at wy2 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. We believe in fair play.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.
• If a game result is left undetermined due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.

6.2 Betting Limits

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.

7 VIP Program

wy2's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

VIP tier is determined based on player activity. Regular play and compliance with platform rules are required to advance to a higher tier.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action if detected:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Coordinated or artificial betting activity for the purpose of earning bonuses.
• Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Harassment of other members.
• Making deposits using third-party payment methods.

9 Limitation of Liability

wy2 is not responsible for the following:

• Gaming losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Failure of third-party software or services.
• Inconvenience caused by unexpected technical errors.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the member's own negligence.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by wy2

wy2 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure of identity verification.
• Court order or legal requirement.

10.2 Closure by Member
